Gearbox Refurbishment
We offer a full gearbox refurbishment service for all types of gearbox and will overhaul any make of gearbox to original specifications.
Our engineering staff have been fully trained at the Sumitomo Cyclo Factory to dismantle and rebuild the Cyclo range of geared motor units and reducers.
If you require obsolete spares we can source/manufacture the required items on a fast turnaround basis.
The service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
We offer full workshop services and can offer fabricated base plates and assemblies. We will also offer to machine parts, covers, end plates etc – furthermore, we also offer metal spraying and welding services.
Rewinds
We offer a full repair and rewind service for all types of industrial or commercial electric motor , overhauling any make of motor to original specifications.
We can source/manufacture obsolete parts on a fast turnaround basis.
Our state of the art pyrolysis oven ensures no damage is caused during the stripping of old windings – our curing oven is large enough for all motors up to and including 400 frame motors.
We keep a full range of copper wire in stock to ensure that turnaround time is not compromised.

Machine Shop Facility
In order to offer a full 24 hour, 7 day a week service it is imperative to have our own in-house machining facilities.
Our own machine shop allows us to turn, shape, cut, drill and mill parts enabling us to manufacture or rebuild obsolete parts and unavailable items, quickly.
We also offer Mig and MMA welding and fabrication of frames, base-plates, guards and adaptors, etc.
For shaft or part reclamation work we also offer metal-spraying facililites using the Eutectic process.
Conveyor Services
We also offer conveyor maintenance services on a contract or job basis. We can install, overhaul and repair your conveyors, fit new drives and control packages, replace and repair belts, bearings, rollers and drive drums.
