Precision Machining

In order to offer a full 24 hour, 7 day a week service it is imperative to have our own in-house machining facilities.

Our Precision Machining Department can manufacture new components from engineering drawings or old samples in a variety of materials to the highest quality and tolerances.

We provide turning, milling, slotting, boring, drilling, sawing/cutting, welding and light fabrication, assembly, metal spraying, shot blasting and painting services.

We also offer Mig and MMA welding and fabrication of frames, base-plates, guards and adaptors, etc.

For shaft or part reclamation work, we also offer metal-spraying facilities using the Eutectic process.
