The OT unit is a high performance helical bevel unit. The OT unit provides much higher efficiency levels than worm gears.
An OT unit can be supplied with hollow bore, hollow bore with shrink disc or solid output shaft
Units also feature an opening top to allow quick and easy access for inspection, clean filling, and draining.
Unit mounting options are foot, flange or torque arm.
The units are held in a modular format enabling fast “same day” assembly of housings to the required output speed / ratio. The full range of electric motors are available to fit to the units with options such as encoders, brakes, Varmecas, forced vents etc...
Atex units are available for used in Zoned areas.
